Milana Chamberlain is a corporate finance lawyer and a senior member of our Business Ethics and Anti-Corruption group based in London with more than 15 years of working experience in Central and Eastern Europe. Milana was the managing partner of the Prague office of Norton Rose Fulbright from 2006 to 2014.

Milana is active in life sciences and healthcare, financial services and infrastructure areas. Since her return to London Milana has been concentrating on risk advisory and, in particular, business and human rights agenda. Currently she is advising on the reporting obligations and issues arising under the UK Modern Slavery Act, on enhancement of labour standards in supply chains of medical devices companies and other challenges faced by businesses in relation to human rights in their operations.

Milana has been a member of the working group conducting a research project on business and human rights due diligence run jointly by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and Norton Rose Fulbright, please see the study results here:

Whilst in Prague Milana was a member of the Czech Competition Commission Working Group on State Aid Issues in the Healthcare Sector and is a member of the Human Rights Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
